FIFA 22 Web App
Early access to the FIFA 22 web app is not available to everyone. You need to fulfill a few conditions. Only returning FUT 21 players whose accounts are in good standing and have created their FUT clubs before August 1, 2021, gain access to it. Those who switched to other platforms, were banned, or had other actions taken on their account in FUT 21, won’t be able to play it. Those who don’t pre-order the game, will have to log in on their console or PC at least once to continue using both apps after October 17 11:59pm UTC.

Even if are eligible, you can get this message. That’s because the FIFA 22 Web App will become available on a rolling basis, and you probably will have to wait a few hours until it becomes released to everyone.

If you are a new player, you will need to play in the console first before you can access the Companion and FUT Web App. Creating a brand new FUT 22 account in EA Play will not give you access to the Web App. You will need to purchase a full copy of FIFA 22 to access the FUT Web App.

Clean the cache of your browser, try to access through other browsers, and turn off your browser extensions.
If it still doesn’t work, that’s because the servers are overloaded and you will have to wait.

Internet Browsers
The message ‘Continue playing FUT on your platform to unlock access to the Transfer Market’ means to keep playing FUT and following EA rules. Once you’ve started playing on your platform, you’ll get an update on your status in the Transfer Market. That means you’ll either gain access to the Transfer Market, or you’ll see a different message letting you know why you still can’t access it.

If you haven’t played FUT 21 on the console where you plan to play FUT 22, the Companion and the Web App will not make available the market’s earlier access. You need to validate first your FIFA 22 account in the new console to unlock the market. Access to trading won’t be immediate and could take several days. Some accounts with previous FUT 21 history will be allowed to trade, while others will not. This is also true for accounts with multiple personas, as all persona data is treated separately in FUT 22. Playing FUT 21 will not give your FUT 22 account access to the Transfer Market.

FIFA 22 Web App
Your Transfer Market ban won’t roll over to FIFA 22, but you’ll need to earn access.
Access to the Transfer Market is a privilege for some players. That means if you’re brand new to FIFA Ultimate Team, you’ll need to earn access to the Transfer Market before you can use it. If you’ve accessed the Transfer Market in previous FIFA games, you may get access right away if your FUT account is in good standing. But if you need to earn access again for FIFA 22.

How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few different factors:
– Your account history and if it’s in good standing by following the FIFA rules.
– How many different FUT accounts you’re using on the same device.
– How many active days of FUT you’ve played.
An active day is when you’ve played three full matches in FUT and logged into the Web or Companion App within a calendar day, following UTC timezones, per FUT account.

Here are some examples of how long it may take
For a FUT account that’s in good standing and is the only account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, playing two active days would normally earn you access.
For a FUT account in good standing that’s not the only FUT account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, it would take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of FUT accounts used on a device, it could take longer. That means if you share your device with siblings or friends who also play FUT, it may take more time to gain access on each FUT account.

EA’ll send a message to your FUT account in-game to let you know when you’ve unlocked access. You can also check the Web and Companion App to see if you can access it.
You can see two types of messages saying that your account was blocked:

Message 1
“Your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps due to breaking our rules. You can still use the Transfer Market on your platform. Check the email associated with your EA Account for more information.”

Message 2
“Your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market due to breaking our rules Check the email associated with your EA Account for more information.”

If you get one of these messages, it’s because EA blocked accounts that break their rules from using the Transfer Market on Web and Companion Apps. They do this to give a fair experience to all players. In the first case, you can still use the Transfer Market from your PC, PlayStation or Xbox. If you think this action is a mistake, you can email EA to [email protected].
If you are seeing a message saying ‘Resize the Window’, that’s because you need to increase the size of your web browser to display the content. Use CTRL- to zoom out until you see the whole screen.

Login Verification is a mandatory step before you can access the FIFA 22 Web App. If you never activated, just go to your Origin account here and enable it. Then, just confirm the email or sms they have sent to you, verify your FIFA Ultimate Team Secret question and answer and store your codes in a safe place. As simple as that. If you already did it in the past and you are using the same verified device, all will need is your EA account email address, password, and answer to your secret question.

Unfortunately, the confirmation codes can take longer than usual to be received when the Web App goes out. If it is your case, check if it isn’t in your spam box. If it’s not, change to mobile confirmation. If you don’t want to wait (it can take up several hours), we strongly suggest you use an app authenticator. You can see here how to do it.
Returning user rewards and good standing to access the Transfer Market are tied to your specific console account. So if you switch platforms or create a new account on the same platform, your access and rewards won’t carry over.

When you go to Settings, there is a ‘Change’ button on the top right corner that lets you change your persona. However, this is only shown if you have played FUT 21 at least two different consoles. Otherwise, you will not see it and your Webstart progress will be tied to the console that is shown. The persona selector will default to the persona you are not currently logged into. The Web and Companion apps are not compatible with Nintendo Switch.

FIFA 22 Web App
If you want to access the FIFA 22 Web App on your mobile device, you should use the internet browser. However, not all devices will be technically able.
Instead, we strongly recommend using the Companion App, the app designed specifically to mobile devices. Keep in mind that in order to work, you will have to access first the FIFA 22 Web App at least once.

If you are seeing a message saying ‘Resize the Window’, that’s because you need to increase the size of your web browser to display the content. Use CTRL- to zoom out until you see the whole screen.

FIFA 22 Web App
If you had access to the FUT 22 Web App but no longer have, even if you haven’t made any change, you should know that EA Sports is blocking App access to all players that haven’t played FIFA 22 in the console until 11:59 pm GMT of October 17 (UK time).

To keep using this App, you will need to buy the game and log in to FUT 22 on your console or PC at least once.
FIFA Points are only available before the game release in the early access of EA Play subscribers (former EA and Origin Access) or via Companion App.
To be able to buy FIFA Points you will need to access the full game through the console first. PC accounts share FIFA Points between all versions of FUT. Any points purchased on a PC account will be usable on the web app in FUT 22.

FIFA 22 Points
Some words are filtered and won’t be able to be used as a club name. Because FUT is a global game, some words have a different context in other languages.
If you receive a profanity error when creating your FUT 22 Club, please try another name. You can find a few suggestions here.
The est. date of a few returning players is showing ‘September 2021’ instead of the correct date. The most common reasons are:

– You skipped a year in the franchise (eg, If you played FUT in FIFA 20 but not FIFA 21, you won’t be considered a returning user if you pick up FIFA 22);
– Your club was deleted by the Terms of Service team for a violation;
– You’ve changed platforms (eg, you’ve played FIFA 19, 20 and 21 on PS4 but changed to Xbox for FIFA 22);
– You didn’t play enough games on FIFA 21 (eg, if you’ve only played a few games in FUT on FIFA 21, you won’t be considered a returning user).

If any of the situations above apply to you, you are ineligible for FIFA 22 returning user rewards and your Established date will be reset to the current year.

That’s nothing to do with the Web App. In fact, EA is not releasing Daily Gifts anymore.
Rewards are based on your account’s good standing in the game, along with your player history, engagement, and account status. This is why your rewards may be different from your friend’s.
You just need to go to the lower-left corner and click on ‘settings’. Then, select the ‘sign out’ button and you will be redirected to the login screen.
