Introduction to FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff
In FIFA Ultimate Team, the strengthening of the technical team is made by purchasing staff’s cards. All these cards have the function of amplifying the effect of some consumables.
Here are the categories of FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff Cards:
- Managers
- Head Coaches
- Goalkeeper Coaches
- Fitness Coaches
- Physios
In a very general way, we can say that managers increase the effect of the contract cards and team talk cards, that head coaches increase the effect of the players’ training cards, that goalkeeper coaches increase the effect of the goalkeepers’ training cards, that fitness coaches increase the effect of the fitness cards and that physios increase the effect of the healing cards.
For this reason, it may be a good option to bet on a good and large technical staff when setting up your club.
FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff – Managers
MANAGERS’ ROLE
The manager’s role is the more complex within the staff category. These cards have three basic functions:
- Contribute to the team’s chemistry;
- Increase the players’ morale;
- Help to extend the players’ contracts.
Firstly, all teams should have, at least, one manager. He contributes to the team’s chemistry by his nationality and by his favourite formation.
The staff that belongs to a club influences positively the players’ morale and players’ contracts. Each manager’s card shows the percentage gain in morale and the percentage gain in contracts that the manager provides.
By applying a team talk card or a contract card, the effect of these is multiplied by the sum of the managers’ coefficients that the club has. For more managers that you have, the sum of these coefficients can never be greater than 50%. This is valid for both cards: motivational speeches and contracts.
The only manager that needs contracts in order to continue active, is the one who sits on the bench.
EXAMPLE
The managers contribute to increasing the effect of a contract card or a team talk card with a value ranging between 1 and 3%. This value is written in the manager card, such as nationality, the preferred formation and the number of contracts.
If the staff of your club are the five managers of the image above, you will get a bonus of 8% and 5% when you apply a contract card or a team talk card, respectively. In this case, and following the example of the image below, if you have a gold player with 4 contracts and you apply him a rare gold contract card with 28 contracts, then you will receive a bonus of 2 contracts (4 + 28 x 1.08 = 34). The maths for team talk cards are exactly the same.

SILVER | RARE | 2% | 0% (1%) |
NORMAL | 0% | 2% | |
BRONZE | RARE | 1% | 0% (1%) |

There are four rare gold managers, four rare silver managers and four rare bronze managers that are an exception to this rule because they also contribute respectively with 2%, 1% and 1% to the morale of players.

WHICH MANAGERS SHOULD WE BUY ?
The first question that must be asked is: should we buy Managers? For us the answer is yes. In the long run they can make us save many thousands of coins. Especially those that increase the effect of contracts cards. The purchasing of managers is only disapproved for those players who do not think play more than 100 FUT 13 matches. In such cases, the investment in the managers’ cards may be higher than what you earn with them.
The second question is: what managers we should buy? Basically we should buy enough to reach the 50% effect at the lowest possible price, regardless of their nationality, their tactics, their number of contracts or even their level (gold, silver or bronze).
It is here that we need to do math. For this purpose, it makes no sense to buy, for example, Low, Mancini and Del Bosque because the three managers cost several thousand coins that can be used to purchase a greater number of lower-level managers that boost more contracts and moral. For those players who just want to benefit from the 50% contracts bonus, here’s our suggestion, as an example:
Among these managers we should have one that has the formation of our squad and whose nationality is the same as most players of our team.
FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff – Head Coaches
HEAD COACHES’ ROLE
The head coaches are responsible for the development of players’ technical attributes. Each coach’s card shows, in addition to the attribute to which it is engaged, the increment percentage which this coach provides.
By applying a player’s training card, the effect of this is multiplied by the sum of the coaches’ coefficients that the club has. If you can gather all the coach cards of an attribute, when you apply the corresponding training card, this will suffer a 50% bonus.
EXAMPLE
The Head Coaches contribute to increasing the effect of a training card with a value ranging between 5 and 15%. This value is written in the head coach card.
If you have the five head coaches of the image above, you will get a bonus of 45% and 15% when you apply a heading training card or a passing training card, respectively. In this case, and following the example of the image below, if you have a player with heading 68 and you apply him a heading training card +10, then you will receive a bonus of 4 points (68 + 10 x 1.45 = 82). The maths for other attributes training cards are exactly the same.

WHICH HEAD COACHES SHOULD WE BUY ?
The first question that must be asked is: should we buy Head Coaches? We don’t think so. They only have value to those who use training cards. To use this kind of consumable regularly is too expensive because they expire after one match.
For those gamers that improve the players attributes in the most important times, such as tournaments finals, hire all head coaches for a specific attribute mean a bonus of 50% when applying the corresponding training card. For these players, our advice is to not buy the rare silver cards because their prices are ridiculously expensive for the 10% that they represent.
FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff – Goalkeeper Coaches
GOALKEEPER COACHES’ ROLE
The goalkeeper coaches are responsible for the development of goalkeepers’ technical attributes. Each goalkeeper coach’s card shows, in addition to the attribute to which it is engaged, the increment percentage which this coach provides.
By applying a goalkeeper’s training card, the effect of this is multiplied by the sum of the goalkeeper coaches’ coefficients that the club has. If you can gather all the goalkeeper coaches’ cards of one attribute, when you apply the corresponding training card, this will suffer a 50% bonus.
EXAMPLE
The Goalkeeper Coaches contribute to increasing the effect of a training card with a value ranging between 5 and 15%. This value is written in the goalkeeper coach card.
If you have the five goalkeeper coaches of the image above, you will get a bonus of 40% and 5% when you apply a reflexes training card or a speed training card, respectively. In this case, and following the example of the image below, if you have a goalkeeper with reflexes 80, and you apply him a reflexes training card +15, you will receive a bonus of 6 points (80 + 15 x 1.40 > 99). FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff – Fitness Coaches
FITNESS COACHES’ ROLE
The role of a fitness coach is to help players to recover the desired physical conditions. Any fitness coach’s card has written the contribution percentage to the player’s physical condition. By applying a fitness card, the number of points that will benefit the player is multiplied by the sum of the coefficients of all the fitness coaches that the club have.
For more fitness coaches that you have, the sum of these coefficients can never be greater than 50%
EXAMPLE
The Fitness Coaches contribute to increasing the effect of a fitness card with a value ranging between 1 and 5%. This value is written in the fitness coach card.
If you have the five fitness coaches of the image above, you will get a bonus of 21% when you apply a fitness card for the whole squad or just to one player. In this case, and following the example of the image below, if you have a player with fitness 20, and you apply him a fitness card +60, you will receive a bonus of 13 points (20 + 60 x 1.21 = 93).

FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Staff – Physios
PHYSIOS’ ROLE
Owning one or more physios in your club gives you the chance to speed up the recovery of your injured players. Similarly to the head coaches and the players’ training cards, to the goalkeeper coaches and the goalkeepers’ training cards, and to the fitness coaches and the fitness cards, physios also increase the effect of healing cards.
By applying a healing card, the effect of this is multiplied by the sum of all the physios’ coefficients specialists in that injury that your club own.
If you can gather all the physios’ cards of an injury, when you apply the corresponding healing card, this will suffer a 50% bonus.
EXAMPLE
The Physios contribute to increasing the effect of a healing card with a value ranging between 5 and 15%. This value is written in the physio card.

In this case, if you have a injury player on the back out for 4 matches, and you apply him a healing card +2 for all injuries, the player will be out only for one match (4 – 2 x 1,40 = 1).

Can I have multiple cards of same manager to reach 50% target?
Example – 50 cards of Manager X. Will this give me 50% boost or only 1%?
Thanks a lot for awesome guides. Your guides helped me understand some of the basic things. New to UT 🙂
No. You are only allowed to own one card for each manager. The only cards that you can own multiples and store in your club are the consumables.
Thank you.
Regards
when I bought nuer, I found another gold card but with higher numbers (of attributes) most of them was over 90s.
Is there a way you can make his attributes higher and fixed..meaning they don’t go down again?
coz I just tried nuer for the first time, and it looks for me that adler was protecting the goal better..is this possible?
and what pissing me off..is the other team am playing against, was taking the ball from very easily ?!!! although all the players in full condition.
is there something i have to do with my players to hold the ball better?
-also how can I get a blue or black card..is there a specific way or just buy buying packs..i know there is no more now…but i want to know so i can manage in fifa 14 and to know how to get them.
Thanks a lot for your support.
No, there is not.
There is no better players. The best for me may not be for you. It depends of our preferences, formation and play style.
Find players with better ball control attribute.
Buy in packs or in the market.

I still dont know how can someone get messi(or even the blue cards)…its too expensive..is there any way other than buying packs with fifa coins.
and i read that there is website you pay money and the give you like 1 million coins for a specific amount…is these sites safe?
– I managed to get coins buy trading…buying and selling couches..
do you think i can manage to the same in fifa 14 or its not possible as its still new game for every person ..so there will not be a lot of bidding in the beginning as its still new game?
thanks a lot for you effort in helping us
Hi.
Trading is the best way to make coins. Last year we got something like 4 million coins. Check our guide HERE.
About Coins sellers, most of them are scam techniques. If you want one in which you can trust, ask us by email please.

hi..am little bit confused here..
1.to get the 50% of the coaches,do i need for every attribute to get like 3 to 4 coaches foe each attribute.
for example:if i need to enhance the heading and shooting when I apply Team talk card)
i need to but like 3-4 heading coaches and 3-4 ones for the shooting also?
2.if i manage to buy rare gold coaches,is buying 3 rare gold(15%) and one silver(5%) would get me the 50% and is it the same if i bought like 5 silver ones (10%)…this will give the same result.
3.buying team talk card before the match will be applied only for the player I will assign or it gives the boost for all the team?
4.my team chem is 100 and the rating 84 and my formation is 4-4-1-1
and most of the team is Germans from Bayer league and Dortmund and my manager is Low.(Gotze as ST,Rues CF and Nuer GK)
If I bought let say Falcao as another ST (Or ozel for CF) with the same formation 4-4-1-1 with the same position,
Would this effect the chemistry and rating ? as Falcao from another leagues and nationality.
5. how can I increase the rating and what is the maximum logical rating we can get? (The max i got is 85!!)
Sorry for the long questions ..hope you can help me.
Thanking you in advance.
Hi.
Let’s see if we can help you:
1) You will need to buy the coaches for every attribute you want to improve. Pay attention that The effect of training cards only last for a match.
2) Yes. All that matters is to get the 50%. No matter how many coaches you buy.
3) There are team talk cards for all the team and team talk cards only for individual players. Depends of which one you use.
4) The team rating is a average of all players ratings. So it may be affected if your new player has a different rating.
In the right formation and position, Falcão should get individual chemistry 6. It will obviously affect the individual chemistry and there is a good chance to affect your team chemistry (it depends of other individual chemistries). You can learn more about it HERE.
5) You can not increase ratings. The only thing you can do is to buy In Form cards, that are normal cards with improves attributes and rating. The maximum is 99.

Hi I’m wondering if you could tell me a striker that has good pace is good at heading and is able to use both feet and has a work rate of high( att ) low (def) for 8-12k thanks
What you are asking is the perfect striker 🙂
Falcão, Torres and Balotelli have almost everything you have asked.

Steve Clarke is Scottish, not English!
This is why Americans shouldn’t write FOOTBALL games!
P.S. I’ve just learnt you’re meant to have several managers and the active one is meant to share the mode nationality of the team! Wondered why 3%2% wasn’t enough to increase moral/contract cards!
🙂 Yes. He is Scottish. But we can not change it. If the game says that he is English, we need to use that information. It affects the chemistry.
In our opinion, you should try to get 50%. It will help you to reduce the contracts price.

How do you one training the team to increase their speed? Or how do I search a speed pack?
Go to auction search – training search – player. Try to find “pace” cards. If you don’t know exactly how it works, you can find a good explanation HERE.

I bought Del Bosque, Löw, Carrera, hughton, meza, I.ferguson (bronze) and I don’t get any bonus contracts when I put one
Are you sure ?! If you have those managers on your club (can’t be on trade pile), go to your active squad menu, choose a player, click over him, select “apply consumable”, and put the mouse over a contract card (don’t click it). You will see a line with “staff modifier” and a percentage. It is 0% to you ?
Is there a use of having 50% team talk or is it only to increase the moral and how do you know when you have 50 % team talk
Hi.
The team talk bonus of managers only have use when we apply a team talk card. To know how much bonus you have, go to your staff and check the team talk bonus of each of your managers. You can also go to active squad menu, select a player, apply consumable and select a team talk card. You will be able to see the bonus.
Regards
How many staff are in the game cause i have alot and i want to collect all of them to be able to get the most out of the consumables
Hi.
Ethan: you don’t need to collect all the staff to get the most of the consumables. You just need to buy the staff that, together, will give you a 50% bonus.
If you want to know al the FUT 13 staff, just look to this article on “manager list, physio list, coaches list, GK coaches list…
How much boost did fitness coaches do at maximum ?
Is it 50 % or more?
The maximum is 50% for any staff, including fitness coaches.
A quick question i have a french team who is better koscielny or sakho as a cb i already have mbia and kabul.
In our opinion Koscieln is better.
How much do low, ferguson, Mancini and del bosque cost? formation is irrelevant
You can check their prices adding some of their cards to your watch list.
If you search well, we think that you can get Ferguson and Mancini by 1k each one, Del Bosque by 1.5k and Low by 2k.

I have two questions:
1) How can I check the matches left for players to play in their contract. I remember I have seen it somewhere, but then I wasn’t able to see it anymore in the active squad.
2) How can I bring the players in ‘Trade Pile’ to my active squad. I brought them to the squad, but they aren’t displayed in the active squad. Additionally, can I give contract card to the players in Trade Pile who are in Auction? or even they aren’t in action but only in Trade pile. Thanks!
Hi.
On your FUT Web App you can do the following:
1) squads – active squads – select the player and choose Status to check his contracts. You can also select the player and click on his Bio to check the contracts.
2) To display the players in your active squad select an empty card of your active squad and click “add”. If you don’t have empty cards, click on a player of your auction house and click “add”. Be careful with the filters.
You can not apply contracts in auction house or trade pile.
If you have any problem with this, contact us please.

Ok thank you and last question sorry is better to play ramos as a center back or right back i have pepe and pique and mascarano as cb
We think that is a better choice to use him as CB since he is your best defender and we should put our best defenders in the middle. We played with Pepe on the right side and he was good.

Is it worth buying casillas when i have neuer in goal but i have a spanish based bbvs team. ?
We think that you already answer to your question. 🙂
Casillas is better than Neuer to most of gamers.
Casillas would be better than Neuer even if the German had individual chemistry 9. If he has less than that, you should try to buy Casillas to replace him.
Ok thank you and another question i have navas and sanchez and play them both as cam bcs i cannot find any other fast good wingers to play for my 4-2-3-1 formation do you have any recomendations i have a spanish and bbva based squad.
Having Navas and Sánchez as CAM could be dangerous since they will probably have low individual chemistry. You can take a look to Mata, for example. Ozil is also a goos option. Not so fast but a very balanced player.

question: as a player chemistry affects his attributes; will any player with 9 chemistry have full attributes regardless of he has “orange” connections to other players? i mean should i aim to have 9 chemistry for each player to guarantee full attributes? thanks!
Hi.
The links colours are only visual indicators. All that matters is to have individual chemistry 9. They will play everything they know with that chemistry. But it is not a big problem to play with individual chemistry 7.

Thanks!
thanks! very useful
About the fitness levels. how much fitness is required for a player to play at his best? and if we rest the player sit him on bench i mean for a match will his fitness rise? how about not playing fifa for a few days does time also affect fitness levels? actually i dont have too many good players on my team so i want my best men to stay on the pitch for the full 90mins. so im having to use a lot of fitness cards
You have so many good questions!
We will try to answer to all, the best we can.
Using a lot of fitness cards is not a good strategy. Try to save some coins and buy new players in order to be able to rotate your squad. This is our advice.
Making substitutions during the matches is not a good strategy also, since you will be spending more contracts.
How much fitness is required for a player to play at his best? 100. But, in our opinion, you can use them up to 90. Less than that you should rest them on the bench for one match. It will be enough to get 100 again.
Not playing fifa for a few days does not affect fitness levels.
In our opinion, you should have 2 teams. The best players can play 3 to 4 matches in row. Then, they need to rest for a match and you should use the not so good players to that match. If you don’t have coins to buy new players right now, you can use another trick. After the 3 or 4 matches in row, you can make an offline match giving rest to the better ones.
Regards
So does that mean if I buy loads of managers and don’t put them in squads ill still get the extra contracts
Sure. You will get a contract bonus up to 50%. You just need to store them on your club.
Hi again if I bought 10 managers with 3 contract % and I apply a non rare gold contract how much contracts will I get
If you apply the non rare gold contract to a gold player it will give you 3 extra contracts: 13 x 1.30 = 16.90
dont worry found it 🙂
head coaches:
what level is M Daish (defence 5%)
sorry but cant find it on the market anywhere!
gk coaches:
what level is m davids (handling 5%)
m perry (diving 10%)
s subramaniam (diving 5%)
Hi.
Davis is silver, s subramaniam is bronze and Perry is silver rare.
Which managers have 3 percent contract and 2 percent team talks
Hi.
Just go to List of FUT 13 Managers and search on “Morale” and “Contract” columns. You will find them: Del Bosque, Low, Ferguson and Mancini.
im really confused i have bought brendan rodgers, di matteo and spaletti all managers with +3% contract and i bought a silver contract, when i try to place it on a player it says staff modifer 0 (6%) even though i have three managers, so surely it should be (9%) and why havn’t i recieved a bonus for the 6% anyway? does it need to be a rare gold contract that needs to be applied?
Hi James.
You are right. You just need to have the managers in your club to get the contract boost when you apply a contract card to a player.
Where do you have those managers? Do you have sure that all the three are stored on your club and none is on your trade pile or watch list?
It does not need to be a rare gold contract to be applied. Can be any contract card.
Regards
If I want a specific manager, lets say Michael Laudrup, DK, is there any way I can find him easily? The filters doesnt let search for him, I dont know how to find him
There is not. Unfortunately. Position cards, for example, need more filters.
Nice article. You have a couple of typos. In the list of Physios, Schneider is “Bac” instead of “Back” and there is nothing for Chen
Thank you very much. We already updated the article. Now it is OK.
Do i have to keep buying manager contract cards for all my managers stored in the club ?
No, no, no. Don’t do it!
You only need to buy manager contracts to the manager that sits on the bench.
Regards
I have David Luiz, he isn’t in the right formation, however he still has 9 individual chemistry. Is it important to get him in the right formation anyway?
No. All that matters is to have him with individual chemistry 9, even if we got red links or wrong positions/formations.
Reagards
Hello! For the managers… I have one rare gold manager. As it is stated in the article, having as many managers as possible (up to 50% effect in both chemistry and team morale) is best. However, in the squad page where you can edit the team, there is only ONE spot for the manager. How do several managers work together?
I hope you understand what I am trying to say. Thanks!
We understood.
Just a correction: “up to 50% effect in both chemistry and team morale” you mean “”up to 50% effect in both contracts and team morale”.
The manager that you place on the spot of your squad page is more important than the other ones because he contributes to the team chemistry. But in order to all managers work together, in contract and morale boost, you only need to have them stored on your club. You can verify their effect simulating that you will apply a contract card or a team talk card. It will appear the % boost.
Hey if I have a staff that is 10% + for shooting does that mean my players are 10% better at shooting?
Not exactly like that.
If you have a staff that is +10% for shooting and you apply to a player a training shooting card, the effect of that card will be 10% higher.
hi i think you missed out the squad trg for fitness. it applies to all is it? and does it expire? great guide!
Hi. Thanks.
We have not sure if we understood your question. You are asking about fitness coaches? If it is you can find it on our article (direct link).
If you want to ask other thing, please can you explain it again? Thanks.
Hey bro ,
I have a 4-1-2-1-2 formation and i have applied those formations on the players which will make them yellow . Will it make much of a difference if not green . If then of what kind ?
Hi.
Yes, it will. The important is to have individual chemistry 9.
It’s a bit complex to explain here how much it affects. We will publish a chemistry guide very soon.
Regards
ok . Thanks . Can you please tell me how much a 4-1-2-1-2 formation will cost ?
Something as 4.500 coins each card.
Does a physio for leg (10%) work if you apply an all atributes healing card??
And if it does then how much bonus would i get for a player that is out for 4 matches?
Hi.
It is a very good question but we give an example on the article which is very similar with your question:
” if you have a injury player on the back out for 4 matches, and you apply him a healing card +2 for all injuries, the player will be out only for one match (4 – 2 x 1,40 = 1).”
In your case, the physio for leg work if you apply an all atributes healing card. If you only have one physio for leg on your club (10%) and you have a player that is out for 4 matches, applying him a healing card +2 for all injuries will not have the stff boost since 2 x 1,1 = 2,2. So, 4 – 2,2 = 2. We will be out for 2 matches.
TO be honest training cards are a total and utter waist of time not to mention
so unreal . Ya cant have a player with 65 heading and 75 shooting then slap on a training card and woosh hes 90 heading and 90 shooting how can this be good ya player is a player not some kind of wizard . ya dont see it happen in real life a player boosted to be as good a messi when hes playing in the first division . AS for chemistry mmm this is too a strange one as in you buy a player say 84 rating but has no chemistry dose this mean he is now only 77 rated player or he will make no runs or not shoot at goal or pass right , so why dose his rating not go down when you put him in the team or his stats change . this again makes no sense for instance you put messi with aguaro = good strikers not both cant hit the target because they play in different countries . a bronze team with full chemistry can be better than a full gold team of mixed league and national super stars i dont think so , as i have said if the game wants to be more like real life this is not right
We are totally agree with you about training cards. There’s no way to get a so huge boost in real life. And yes, it’s a waste of coins.
We have not the same opinion about chemistry.
Regards
No i made kaka cf and both the strikers chemistry is 7 with yellow formation logo . because in CAM i have fabregas and LM and Rm i have VILA / PEDRO And SANCHEZ/ NAVAS
And what about your morale ?
high
How do you apply the coaches?
Easy. You don’t.
You only need to buy the coaches you want and store them on your club.
Look to our FAQ:
Q: What should I do in order to staff make effect ?
A: Nothing. You just need to hire them and store them on your club.
Regards
Hey bro ,
An off topic question . 4-1-2-1-2 formation and my front line strikers are kaka and higuain . WHatever i m shooting its hitting the bar and opposite defenders cut it off . I am totally pissed as because of this i have losing every match . Any suggestions bro ?
Yes. You should pay attention to fitness and morale condition of your players.
Most important yet: did you applied position cards to Kaka in order to make him ST? If no, his chemistry can be low and he won’t play as you expect.
So many typos it’s unbelievable
Hi. Joe.
We can’t find the typos that you talked. Can you help us? 🙂
Hi does the +10 attribute for all stats card get affected by coaches?
All training cards are affected by head coaches.
How much does Muricy Ramalho usually cost?
If you spend some time searching a cheap one, you can buy him for 200 coins without any problem. But he usually costs 600c.
how much roughly is Laurent Blanc and Vincent Del Bosque (formation irrelevent)
3k for Del Bosque
Hey!
I think it’s hard to know how much chemistry affect the players.
Who do you think is best? Antonio Valencia with 9 chemistry or Di Maria with 7 chemistry?
I got 100 team chemistry with either one of them.
As you know, it is not easy to answer.
Our guess is that Di Maria 7 is better than Valencia 7 but we can’t have proof it.
All we know is that individual chemistry affects more non-physical attributes.
Thanks bro ! you rock ! 😀
Hello! Great guide! Just got one question. How does the managers affect players chemistry if they have the same formation and nationallty?
This is my squad, if i apply a silver manager from argentina with 41212 formation, will Di maria get better chemistry?
Or is it better for me to buy a gold manager random nationality and 41212 formation.
Thanks.
Hi.
We will publish very soon a chemistry guide.
Now, we will explain briefly how managers affects chemistry.
They don’t affect individual chemistry, just team chemistry. Di Maria in particular will not play better with a manager from argentina.
To chemistry, the most important thing in a manager is to have the same formation. Then, for each player from the same nationality, the manager gives +1 to team chemistry.
The level of the manager is also important. With the same formation, a gold manager gives +10 to team chemistry, +5 if he is silver and +2 if he is bronze.
The exact answer to your question depends of how many players from argentina you have on your 11.
Thanks for the fast answer, but do you need a good manager with same nationality and everything if you already got 100 chemistry? Does it get any better anyway?
Your question makes sense.
If you already got 100 team chemistry, you don’t need a good manager with same nationality and formation.
But it is important to know one thing: it is more important to have all individual chemistry 9 than team chemistry 100. We will explain it very well on our guide. Very soon.
How many gold managers can i have in my team ?
All you want. But you can’t have duplicate managers. And it make no sense to have more managers than enough (50% contracts and 50% team talk).
How much does morale and chemistry of the player affect his or the team’s performance?
Chemstry and morale affect individual performances.
We do not know quantify it. But chemistry affects a lot and morale too.
Great stuff! Thank you 🙂
Thanks.
Don’t buy packs? In the last two weeks I’ve gotten: Kroos, Muller, Ashley Cole, Evra, Kagawa, In-Form Cavani, Dani alves…etc etc…. I think if you have the coin the jumbo packs are key… no?
We already made intensive tests and our conclusions are: it not worth to buy packs. You are one of the few lucky guys. 🙂
Bro , in which packs i may get top players ?
Our advice: don’t buy packs. If you really want to, the gold packs with more rare cards are the best ones.
I have a La Liga based squad , which mostly comprises of Spanish and French players .
Will a manager from portugal affesct the chemistry of my team ?
Yes, it will. You should see if your team has more Spanish or French Players. You should place on the bench a manager from that country. He will boost your chemistry team in some points. And try to get one gold manager with the same formation of your team.
Your you comment on its best to have a manager with the same formation and from the same current as your team … I’ve ran into an small issue where I have a Gold Argentinian team but the only managers I can find from Argentina are in Silver. I went with a rare Argentien Silver manager with the same formation. Does it hurt my chemistry to have a silver manager on a Gold squad? If so, how much? Are we talking 1%? or 10%?
Hi. If the manager has the formation of your team, the silver one that is from the same country will give you +5 chemistry points and +1 for each player from the same nationality. It’s +16 on your case.
If you put a gold manager with the same formation, he will give you +10 chemistry points and +1 for each player from the same nationality. It’s +10 on your case.
Do the managers stats increase their own contracts?
Yes. If you have rare managers on your club, they will boost the players contracts cards and they will boost the managers contact cards.
Does training items last for only one match ? Because when i applied , i played a match with the new skill and then after the match its again normal !
Hi. Yes. Training cards last only for one match. After that you need to apply it again in order to boost the player for another match.
Hi Admin,
Is the fitness coach is only applied for fitness card? I thought it is for normal recovery also? Because after i purchase fitness coach, my player’s fitness recover faster than previous before I purchase the coach. Please correct me if I am wrong.
We think that you are wrong. The staff cards only work for consumables cards.
Do rare gold managers create more chemistry than normal gold managers? I did not fully understand what you mean by “add more value” in your FAQ. More valuable how? They sell for more money in the market or they add more chemistry?
Hi. Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain it well. More valuable = Add more Chemistry.
Almost everyone says that the only important things about managers is their nationality and their formations. It’s wrong. The level is also important to the chemistry. We make intensive tests to bring you the best information. You can try too and you will see that a bronze manager and a gold manager with same nationality and same formation give different chemistry points to the team.
Can I extend the manager’s contract or do I just need to buy a new manager every time his contract expires? If I can then how? I clicked on the manager but the consumables did not show up so I can use the contract extensions. Although consumables did show up when I wanted to extend the players contracts.
Thanks
Yes, you can. You just need to do the same thing you do to the players. If you can’t apply contracts to managers it’s because you don’t have one. Go to auction and chose filter development – contracts as you do to players. Buy a manager contract card and apply it.
Very usefull ! Thanks a lot!
Thanks! Good to know…
Thanks great art
Thanks!
Hello!
Do fitness coaches give any passive benefits? except more stats from fitness cards.
Hello. No. They only improve the stats of fitness cards.
