If these squads are confirmed, how EA can know these players won’t play well and get in-form cards. Does EA release these squads before next totw or does EA block these players getting in-form cards?

It is a good question. Basically, EA tries to not give them IF cards even if they are playing well. However, is exceptional cases, they can do it. If they do, they replace the player with another one.
