Check out the review we made about the best FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Brazilian Players. If you are planning to build a Brazilian squad, don’t miss our guide!
Building a FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Brazilian Squad
FIFA 13 Ultimate Team is mainly based on building a good squad. But that’s not easy. Firstly, we have to choose a formation for us to get adapted with. Then, we choose the players we want to hire according to the attributes that we consider important and how they can fit into our formation. And, at last, we have to make everything that is possible to get a high chemistry.
To make this last step easier, most players start defining what kind of squad they’re going to build. Some choose to get players with the same nationality (Brazilian squads are the most common), while others prefer to build one with players from the same league. There are also more experienced players that can build hybrid squads without prejudicing the chemistry too much.
However, we all feel some disorientation when we start building our squad. This article intends to help those who think about or intend to build a FIFA 13 Ultimate Team squad based in Brazilian players.
Obviously this article is merely guiding. It’s about an extremely vast theme in which player combinations are almost infinite. Besides that, there are lots of factors that influence the players’ choices, such as each one’s playing style, formation, budget, preferred clubs or even the time spent playing. There’s also an uncertainty component: a good player for you may not be good for the other players. If there was a certain best squad, everyone would struggle to have it. Part of the FIFA 13 Ultimate Team joke is this: each one has his own club and players.
Brazilian Players and FIFA 13 Ultimate Team
Most of you will agree that Brazil lives football. They are leaders in the beach soccer, futsal and youth football. (Almost) all the Brazilians born with samba in their bodies and the ball on their feet.
The hegemony of Brazil in football is supported by fact that they have qualified for all world cup final stages and especially for their five world titles (1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2002). Only Italy (4) and Germany (3) are close to this feat.
Brazil gave to the world some of the best footballers of all time. Pelé is the greatest expression of this quality. Do you remember Romario, Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos and Bebeto? Sure, you do. But the list of great players is much larger. Garrincha, Zico, Zizinho, Arthur Friedenreich, Tostao, Didi, Leonidas, Nilton Santos, Socrates, Falcao, Rivelino, Ademir da Guia and Luís Pereira are just some of them.
By the high quality of the players of this country, it’s natural that this is one of the most represented on FUT 13 squads. With a team full of Brazilians, the quality and the chemistry are guaranteed
Currently playing there are several Brazilian players among the best. Neymar, Thiago Silva, Dani Alves, Maicon, Kaka, Hulk, Nene, Robinho, Pato and Ronaldinho are just a few examples.
As you can see, there are lots of quality choices. However, having a higher overall doesn’t mean that the player is better. It is necessary to analyse their attributes.
In this article we will analyse only the FIFA 13 Ultimate Team regular players, since the IF ones are extremely expensive and should be used only for an esthetic matter in most cases when the player has a lot of coins left. They are not good value for money.
In this guide, we only considered the new cards of upgrade and transferred players.
To make the analysis easier, let’s consider six groups of players:
- Goalkeeper (GK);
- Central Back (CB);
- Lateral Backs (RB, RWB, LB e LWB);
- Central Midfielders (CDM, CM e CAM);
- Medium Wingers (RM, RW, RF, LM, LW e LF);
- and Attackers (CF e ST).
Let’s get going!
Brazilian Goalkeepers (GK)
Many players start their signings with an attacker. Then improve the midfield, the defence and, lastly, the goal. The truth is that having a good goalkeeper will make a difference several times for winning a match. And usually the investment is not that significant.
The most wanted goalkeepers are Diego Alves, Júlio Cesar, Helton and his rival Artur Moraes. They are the ones that have the best rating and also because of that are the most expensive ones.

Although, the best overall doesn’t necessarily mean the best choice. There are two fundamental attributes for a good goalkeeper: reflexes and diving.
The first one measures the keeper’s agility when performing a defence. In this particularity, Valencia’s goalkeeper is the best among the others. Em FIFA 13 Ultimate Team, only Casillas is better than him.

There’s one more characteristic in a goalkeeper that will be able to make a difference: his height. The taller he is, the bigger will be the chances to maintain the goal inviolable. This is Diego Alves’ weakness. He is one of the shortest brazilian goalkeepers on FUT 13, 9 centimeters away from Guilherme, Fabiano and Raphael, the tallest keepers among the brazilians.

Diego Alves is unequivocally the best Brazilian goalkeeper on FIFA 13 Ultimate Team. Out of the six main attributes for a goalkeeper, he is the best in the two most important (reflexes and diving). If you like to pass the ball back to the goalkeeper, Rogério Ceni is your man. He is the best goalkeeper in this aspect from the whole FIFA 13 Ultimate Team. Dida is unbeatable in positioning and Artur Moraes in handling.
Diego Alves isn’t a expensive player but there are other good brazilian goalkeepers that you can get for less money. Júlio César is also an excellent goalkeeper and is worth half. If you want even a cheaper alternative, choose Victor (Atlético Mineiro) or even Rafael (Santos).

Brazilian Centre Backs (CB)
A goalkeeper’s job becomes easier if quality centre backs are playing right ahead. Their role in the match is to stop the opponents from getting near the goal.
Eight out of ten best Brazilian central backs of the game play in Europe. Thiago Silva is the major highlight. Luisão, David Luiz, Dedé and Lúcio are other quality Brazilian defenders.

For a centre back, two attributes are of particular importance: defending and heading.
A player with a good defending will take the ball from the opponent and prevent him to reach the box more easily. This is Thiago Silva’s case, the best player to perform this function. A cheaper alternative to a good defense is the Benfica’s Luisão.

Having a good heading is very important for a centre back because it allows him to win balls in the air while they’re thrown in his box. But that’s not all. Also on attacking free kicks, such as the corner, it is normal to see centre backs going into the opponent’s box to try their lucks.
In this chapter there is a balanced competition. Lúcio, Alex, Maicon and Felipe Santana are good choices. In the opposite way is Danilo. Although he has excellent defending, he has poor heading, so you should to avoid buying him for your Brazilian squad.

One of the commonest characteristics on centre backs that dissatisfy us players is their slowness. No one likes to feel impotent by seeing extremely fast players easily passing through our defense. That’s why the defenders’ speed is also an important factor.
Some Brazilian’s good centre backs are slow. Luisão, Danilo and even Alex don’t exceed 54 on the pace stat. Márcio Rozário is the half of it (!). Dedé, Felipe Santana and David Luiz can be good choices if speed is important to you. If money is no problem to you, bet on Thiago Silva. He is the fourth fastest centre back of FIFA 13 Ultimate Team.

Thiago Silva is definitely the best Brazilian central defender on FIFA 13 Ultimate Team. He is the fastest, has the best defending, the best dribbling and the best passing. This should be enough to put him in your squad. But he’s got one problem: his prohibitive price for many players. Many players like to put a slower centre back that is more secure alongside another that compensates on speed. Depending on this factor, bet in one of these three players to be his partner in defense: Dedé for a very fast defence, Lúcio for a more static element but with better defensive attributes or David Luiz for a middle ground.
For limited budgets there are other quality solutions. A double of Miranda and André Dias guarantees a solid defense by having high attributes of defending and heading at a low price.

Brazilian’s Side Defenders (RB, RWB, LB, LWB)
The side defenders have the function of making the opponents’ wingers’ jobs harder. But that’s not all. Complementarily, the good side defenders also support their team’s wingers on offensive plays.
Among the Brazilians, Dani Alves only finds competition in Maicon, on the right side of the defense. On the opposite side, Marcelo is alone. He is the top rated one.

A side defender is much more dynamic than a centre back because he fulfills a double mission of defence-attack and because the game tends to be faster on the wings. That’s why it’s important for them to be fast players.
There are many fast Brazilian side defenders in FIFA 13 Ultimte Team, especially on the right side. Dani Alves reaches the 90 of pace, while Marcelo only gets 83 on the left side. Mariano, Jonathan, Danilo, Maicon and Rafael are also fast players.

For the right side of your FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Brazilian squad, Maicon and Dani Alves are the strongest player. They belong to the group of the fastests, they are the best defenders and they have the best cross. Although, he’s also very expensive. It is given more value to the offensive capacity than the defensive, so Jonathan is the right guy.
On the left side, Marcelo can be considered as a well balanced side defender. He’s fast, defends well and crosses with precision. Indeed, among the Brazilian LB’s, he is the best in 4 of the 6 basic attributes. There are others who also develop this function well, but no one as good as the madrilist. Filipe Luís is our second choice for this position.

Brazilian’s Midfielders (CDM, CM e CAM)
The players that play on the middle of the field are responsible for helping in the defensive aspects, but mainly for assisting the advanced players of their team. They are the ones who should study the match and define its rhythm.
Some of the best midfielders in FIFA 13 Ultimate Team are Brazilians, such as Ronaldinho, Kaká, Diego, hernanes and Lucas.

Although Ronaldinho, Juninho and Marcos Assunção are the Brazilians who have the best passing ability, there are many other good solutions, such as Ganso, Diego, Danilo and Douglas.

The passing is the most important attribute in a midfielder but it’s not the only one. These players must have a good vision and, if possible, a good shooting. Ronaldinho is the king on the first one and Juninho on the second.
A good dribbling allows you to take the team ahead, possibly creating unbalances. Also in this characteristic Ronaldinho is well rated. Even better just Coutinho.

Ronaldinho is the best Brazilian midfielder of FIFA 13 Ultimate Team for being the one who highlights the most on the attributes that are really important for his position. According to your personal preferences, Kaka may be a better choice, since Ronaldinho has a poor work rate and he is very slow.
There are other options, but the choice depends on your style of play. If you love pace, Lucas and Ramires are interesting players. If you often shoot outside the box, Juninho may be the best choice. If you like to advance with the ball on your feet, Coutinho and Hernanes can be the right ones. No quality lacking.

But in order to get close from the opponent’s goal, the speed may be enough. The wingers will face the opponents and will have to use dribbling to surpass them.
Brazilian’s left wingers combine their speed with a great dribbling. Neymar and Robinho, two of the greatest palyers of the world, are much better than the best right wingers, Hulk and Alan.

When arriving in the opponent’s box, the wingers have to decide what to do. Most times, they choose to assist the attackers. That’s why it’s important for them to be good on passing.
For the right wingers this is their weakness. Except for Hulk, the players with the best passing are those that have a lower overall.
On the left side, Nenê and Michel Bastos are the best choices. Still, Neymar and Robinho are players with a passing capacity very well developed.

Hulk is the only Brazilian right wingers of quality on FIFA 13 Ultimate Team. He is the best on shooting and passing, and the second best on heading, dribbling and pace. There are actually fast wingers but they are relatively weak on dribbling and passing. The affordable prices reflect this lack of quality.
On the left side plays one of the biggest world football stars: Neymar. His quality is attested by the fact that he is the third most expensive of all Brazilian FUT 13 players. Despite the qualities of Santos’ player, which includes his 5 star skills, Nenê is a very good optionr for this position. And much cheaper.

Brazilian’s Attackers (CF e ST)
The attackers are the ones that play on the last third of the field alongside with the opponents’ defenders. The only requirement for them is to be able to score goals.
Among the best Brazilians are Pato, Luís Fabiano and Vágner Love.

If attackers are supposed to score goals, then shooting is the most important attribute for them.
Fred, Júlio Baptista and Lima are the best ones. Of the thirty players who best shoots in FIFA 13 Ultiamte Team, none is Brazilian.

The attackers don’t use only their feet to score goals. Knowing how to head the ball can make a lot of difference. If you’re a player who often crosses the ball to the box, then this attribute is indispensable.
Rafael Moura, Wellington Paulista and André Lima have better heading than the most wanted players, such as Pato, Luís Fabiano and Vágner Love. Leandro Damião is the exception.

Shooting and heading are the most important attributes for an attacker. Although, according to each one’s tactic and game style, there are those who prefer attackers that take advantage on their speed to surpass the opponent’s defence.
Welliton is the fastest Brazilian attacker on FIFA 13 Ultimate Team. Pato is also very fast. In the opposite direction, Luís Fabiano is too slow. But there are worse players. Adriano is so slow that his purchase should be avoid.

Although they haven’t a fantastic heading or shooting, Pato, Vágner Love and Welliton are very balanced players. This last one is better than Pato and Love in the most important attributes for a striker. If your game style privileges the heading, then you should choose Leandro Damião. Lima is the cheapest player that will be able to develop the same functions although with less quality.

Brazilian’s Gold Squads Suggestions for FIFA 13 Ultimate Team
As the players were already presented, it’s time for us to try putting together the best ones in the same squad. Since this task depends a lot on the tactic you use, we are going to introduce one squad suggestion for each of the most popular tactics. We’ll show one in 4-1-2-1-2 considering an unlimited budget, another in 4-3-3 considering a maximum budget of 65k and another in 4-4-2 considering a maximum budget of 6k coins. In the construction of these squads we chose carefully the players that better fit on the positions according to the attributes we consider more important, which we already explained in this article.
Prices listed are average amounts for PS3 / Xbox during the month of February 2013.

No doubt this is a great squad. If there were any doubts, the fact that it is valued as around 675k coins helps to ensure that.
On the goal there is the undoubtedly best goalkeeper from the Brazil. Probably the best good value for money of all FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Goalkeepers. To the bench, we recommend Júlio César instead of Artur or Hélton. Right ahead it was chosen to put the two fastest Brazilian defenders. Thiago Silva is one of the world best CB’s and Dedé wins the place to Lúcio because his pace makes up for the slight disadvantage in the defensive attributes and heading. The side defenders are players that defend well but attack even better. They’re fast and know how to cross to the box. Dani Alves, slightly better than Maicon, and Marcelo are the alternatives for these positions. Ramires, in addition to being very fast, is one of the midfielders that best defends and attacks, as his high work rates show us, so that his selection to the defensive middle position remains natural. Lucas plays in front of him. Although he has a lot of quality competition for this position, we chose him for his fantastic speed and dribbling. Hulk is the chosen one to occupy the right side of the attack and Neymar the left side. If you can not afford him, Nenê and Robinho are also top quality players. If you deal well with the chemistry, both can be adapted to play in the middle. On the attacking front, Pato is a natural choice and to make him company there is Welliton. He is better than Vágner Love for all three attributes more important in a striker. If you cross a lot to the box, Leandro Damião should be a better option.
Brazilian Squad for FIFA 13 Ultimate Team with a 65k Coins Budget
Here are our choices:
- GK: Diego Alves 3.5k
- CB: Lúcio 2k
- CB: Dedé 3.5k
- RB: Jonathan 0.8k
- LB: Filipe Luís 0.5k
- CM: Ramires 10k
- CM: Lucas 8k
- CM: Diego 1.5k
- RW: Hulk 13k
- LW: Robinho 12k
- ST: Pato 10k
- Subs / Reserves: Júlio César (GK), Felipe Santana (CB), David Luiz (CB), Danilo (RB), Alex Sandro (LB), Kaka (CM), Hernanes (CM), Juninho (CM), Éder Luís (RM), Nenê (LM), Welliton (ST).

Building a 65k coins squad, in this case, doesn’t mean forming a weak squad. The important thing is to select the players with the characteristics you’re looking for.
Since most Brazilian players are not expensive, we just had to replace the four players that represents 95% of the previous team price: Thiago Silva, Dani Alves, Marcelo and Neymar. Lúcio defends and heads well. His weakness is the pace. That’s why Dedé has joined to be his defending team mate. If you don’t want São Paulo player on your defence, try David Luiz. Jonathan, the chosen to right-back, is not Dani Alves or Maicon, but is a really good buy anyway. On the opposite side, Filipe Luís is a player with good qualities except for his shooting and heading, the less important attributes on a side defender. Diego occupies the last spot in midfield because he has better passing and better dribbling than his luxury competition, which includes Kaka. Finally, the Neymar place is occupied by Robinho. Nene is also a superb player.
Brazilian Squad for FIFA 13 Ultimate Team with a 6k Coins Budget
Here are our choices:
- GK: Victor 0.3k
- CB: Miranda 0.6k
- CB: André Dias 0.4k
- RB: Jonathan 0.8k
- LB: Filipe Luís 0.5k
- CM: Juninho 0.8k
- CM: Coutinho 0.8k
- RM: Éder Luís 0.8k
- LM: Emerson 0.4k
- ST: Lima 0.4k
- ST: Jô 0.3k
- Subs / Reserves: Guilherme (GK), Dante (CB), Maicon (CB), Danilo (RB), Alex Sandro (LB), Renato Augusto (CM), Jadson (CM), Jorge Henrique (RM), Joãozinho (LM), Kléber (ST), Borges (ST).

It’s amazing how you can build a team for less than 6k and still have quality players. Victor is an authentic pearl in goal. André Dias is not very fast but he has next to him Miranda, who helps with pace problem. The same happens in midfield with Juninho and Coutinho. Jonathan and Luis Filipe are the 65k budget team defences. Eder Luis and Emerson benefit from playing in Brazil to keep their prices low. Lima is one of the underpriced players. He shoots better than almost all Brazilian players and he has a good speed. Jô, his partner in attack, completes this extremely cheap team.
Follow our tips and you will have a better chance of being successful with your Brazilian Squad for FIFA 13 Ultimate Team.
Amusing! Good post
O yh I forgot to say I’m on ps3 so will tht change anything
Hi.
Thank you. It is an important detail but, in this case, it will not change anything.
What if iwas to make a team with subs and reserves and make one 500k squad then what league or nation
In your case, we would choose BBVA or BPL.
Hi first this question has nothing to do with the page my question is I have 500k I can spend 200 to 250k on two teams which teams should I make and I mean that as in which two leagues or nations should I base my two teams around. Thanks this will help a lot if u reply
Hi.
In our opinion, you may try to build a BBVA team. You have enough money to do it. You can also try a Serie A squad. The players are good value for money.
Hi, great guide, just wanted to ask about my team.
I have a 4-4-2
Marcelo, Andre Dias, Luisao, Rafael
Neymar, Ronaldhino, Kaka, Hulk
Vagner Love, Welliton
I just spent most of my money on neymar, but if there are cheap suggestions to improve the squad, Id love some help. The defense seems pretty weak to me, although it could be my playing. Also, are there advantages to playing 4-1-2-1-2 as opposed to 4-2-2?
Thank you.
The main differences between 442 and 41212 is that 442 is more wide in the attacks but with a dangerous empty space on the back of the CM’s.
Dede by Andre Dias would be a great addition. And a GK, of course. 🙂
Regards
Diego Alves, my bad 😛
Another question…I saw the best pics for 41212 cdm/cam, but for a 442 what would be the best cm choices? Atm I have kaka and ronaldhino as I said above. I use my cms for through balls, long passing, dribbling, but most importantly, long shotting. I read above you recommended junihno for shooting outside the box, but I’m wondering how he is besides that and if its worth it to switch him for someone, and if i do for kaka or ronaldhino? Thanks
Diego Alves is our choice.
You are the best one to answer to your question. If you are going OK with Kaka and Ronaldinho, you don’t need anyone else. Otherwise, you should try another player.
In a 442 you need a most defensive CM. We think that Ramires is perfect for that place. Our choice to play next to him is Lucas. He has a good long shot as you like, he is very fast and has an amazing dribbling.
Regards
Dede was a great upgrade, im liking the ramires and lucas combo so far. I love welliton as a striker, but vagner love is not amazing. Who could I replace him with, Pato? Also, Rafael is complete shit. Is there anyone I could get thats not as expensive as dani alves but is better than rafael? Maicon seems pretty expensive as well
Yes, Pato should be OK.
Dani Alves is too expensive. If you have enough coins to Maicon, try him. Otherwise, pick Jonathan or Danilo.
Regards
hi
can u please rate this team out of five
( if there are any improvements can u tell them)

Thanks a Lot
🙂
As you may imagine you have probably the best team that you can have without Neymar, Dani Alves and Thiago. It’s a 5/5.
The only change that we may suggest is to place Lucas as CF and replace Eduardo by Ramires.

Suggestion for 4321 brazil squad with 116K budget?
You can try: Diego Alves, Danilo (or Maicon), Dedé, David Luiz, Marcelo, Ramires, Lucas, Diego, Hulk, Robinho and Pato.
Hi , i have exactly the same team as were suggested except neymar . Can you please suggest me a good player who can shot well frm left side of the box . For example like hulk does from the right side . And also the player has to very pacy . I saw raphael martinho , robinho , emerson . Who should i buy i use a 4-1-2-1-2 formation .
Robinho and Nenê are two great players on the left side.
Hi, great article ….
Can you suggest a good Brazilian squad for 30k
For the formation 3-5-2
Hi.
You can try something like: Diego Alves, Dedé, Felipe Santana, David Luiz, Luiz Gustavo, Ramires, Éder Luis, Nene, Lucas, Pato, Wellinton.
Regards
Hi, i have a 300k budget and want to buy a brazilian squad… Can you recommend anything??… Btw i want a 4321 formation ^_^
Hi.
Just buy the squad we showed in this guide (unlimited budget) but change the most expensive players (Thiago and probably Neymar).
Is it 41212 Diego Alves, Marcelo Dedè Thiago Silva Dani Alves, Ramires, Neymar Hulk (zenit), Welliton (spartak), Emenike Eto’o a good formation? (i don’t know if this is the right place to ask this)
Hi.
Yes, it is the right place. Thanks for your question.
You have an awesome team. It is so good that we do not have any suggestion.
Regards
can you make a ligue 1 or french team please i want to make one
Sorry. We did not try most of the Ligue 1 players. So we can not suggest you.
Regards
Can you reccommend me a good brazilian team for 30k
Hi.
Just try the one we recommended in this guide as the “65k budget”.
Now, they are much cheaper. With 30k probably you can buy them all.
Regards
Hi ! Great article ! How is my team ?
It is 352
Gk Arthur Moraes
Cb dede
Cb felipe santana
Cb miranda
Cdm luiz gustavo
Cdm felipe melo
Lm robinho
Cam lucas (psg)
Rm Hulk
St pato
St wellinton
Anything to improve . On a strict budget
Hi.
Thanks for your comment.
We know that you don’t have much coins but Diego Alves is better than Artur.
You have probably the best time possible for that budget.
If you get some more coins, you could try Ramires.
Regards
Why do y’all prefer lucio over Naldo he’s a 74 pace 82 def nd 87 heading
Lucio is more popular and Naldo has some minor problems. For example: his heading is very good but he only has 47 of jumping (!).
Regards
Hi can you help me on how to improve my ultimate team
Here it is
GK IF Julio Cesar
LB Marcelo
CB Thiago Silva
CB TOTS Rever
RB Dani Alves
CM Kaka
CM Lucas
CM Ramires
LW Neymar
ST Welliton
RW Hulk
p.s I do not like pato i like welliton much more!
Please help! Thanks.
Hi.
What do you want? You already have the Brazilians Dream Team! 🙂
We do not have any suggestion.
Regards
Thank you. But could you please explain why Alexander pato is an 83 when welliton is an 81. I mean looking at the stats Welliton is better at everything except for dribbling. Plus in game i feel like welliton is very good and pato slow and kind of sluggish.
Sure. In fact, it is easy to explain.
First of all some players could be better to you but not for other gamers. It depends of your play style.
Second, and most important, there is a misunderstanding about what is the rating of a player.
To know how good a player is, you shouldn’t look to his rating. It only shows, generally, how popular he is, allowing you to compare him with the others. The overall rating is NOT an average or an reflection of the all attributes. It isn’t derived from the actual technical, mental and physical attributes. It represents the players’ reputation. EA Sports assigned the ratings to the players according to the league that they play, the club, the performances and the role they have in their teams. Sometimes, FIFA 14 Ultimate Team players with lower ratings could be better choices. If you want to know how a player is, you should look to his attributes.
We are writting an article about this subject.
Regards
Thanks that makes sense
So is it possible for a bronze player to be better than a gold one?
It’s very difficult as you can imagine but it can happen. Some silver players are better than gold ones.
Hello i currently have neymar, thiago silva, dani alves and marcelo and i was wondering if i should sell dani alves and get maicon and toty rever. What do you think.
It seems OK, since Maicon is also a good RB. It depends of who is your other CB besides Thiago.
My other cb is currently dede. Oh and by the way i meant tots not toty
Hi,
I can’t afford the unlimited budget team unless I get rid of either dani alves, neymar or thiago silva. Should I swap thiago silva for David Luiz, dani alves for maicon or neymar for Robinho? Thanks
Hi.
You already said everything. 🙂
Brazilian players are not expensive. Except, these three. If you don’t have enough coins to them, Luiz, Maicon and Robinho are good choices to their places.
Regards
Yes but which ones should I get? I can afford to get 2 out if those three. Should I get Silva and alves but not neymar, silva and neymar but not alves or neymar, alves and not silva?
Sorry, we didn’t understand.
In our opinion, you should get silva and neymar but not alves. Maicon can make his position very well.
Regards
Ok thank you
i think that the rb and lb are miint but dede and silva are ok but david luiz and dede woud be so much bette becaasue luiz has the pace and stength
Did Naldo get a update cause his card is better than dede?
Naldo did not get an update but he has a IF card (80 >> 81), making him better than Dede (80).
Regards
Sorry for the off topic, but please tell me your oppinion about this squad:
3-5-2 system, (and the whole team TOTW black cards)
Rui Patricio (GK)
Ricardo Costa (CB)-Garay (CB)-Alex Sandro (Danilo) (CB)
Viana (CDM) – Moutinho (Mossoro)(CDM)
Simao (Salvio) (RM)
Gaitan (Atsu) (LM)
James Rodriguez (Labyrad) (CAM)
Cardozo-Lima (Jackson Martinez) (ST)
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Hi. We did not test any of these players but we know the Portuguese League very well.
We think that you have a great team. It is very balanced but the defence is the weakest position. Maybe you can try Pepe, that will link well with the portugueses. We know that you are trying to make a awesome Liga Zon-Sagres team but you already have Simão. Think a bit about Nani too.
Pay attention to Alex sandro / Danilo individual chemistry. It should be, at least, 7.
Regards
Thank you
Hey I have finally saved enough coins to buy neymar and am having doubts whether he is really worth spending that much on to replace my robinho. Would it be a better idea to buy Marcelo and save
It depends of how you play. Neymar is a great player and he is wonderful for who loves skills. Marcelo is probably the best LB of whole FUT 13. You should see what is more important to you.
With my 4231 team, I use Lucas and Wellington Nem as CAMs and Kaka as CF and Wellinton as ST. Would this be a good use of the pace that Brazilian players provide? Also, I use Luis Gustavo, Sandro and Felipe Melo as CDMs. Do you have any other suggestions for CDMs? Great article by the way 🙂
Hi Dan. Thanks for your comment.
It seems OK but you already have Pato who is a fast good player too.
If you have enough coins to Ramires, he is the best one as CDM.
Regards
… and one more question, please
What is your oppinion about this team?
3-4-2-1 system
Pato
Robinho (Nene), Hulk
Bastos, Lucas, Ramires, Jorge Henrique
Dede, Dante, David Luiz
Julio Cesar
It is my first squad, I try to save money for Neymar. Any tips, or tricks, or ideas? Thx in advance!
It is a good squad. But again, we think that Diego is better GK.
Jrge Henriques is probably your weaker player but it is cool with your budget.
Regards
What would your advice in position RM? (if the budget is not important)
Probably Éder Luiz.
Thank you for the answer. I will try it 😉
Hello, what is your oppinion about this team:
5-2-2-1 system
Lima
Simao Hulk
Moutinho Ramires
Alex Sandro Danilo
Pepe Dede Felipe Santana
Helton
I try to build a cheap, fast, defensive squad. Have you any idea to make it better? Thank you!
Hi.
That’s the first time that some one posts a Portuguese League/ Brazilian Hybrid squad here.
It is a very nice defending team. With this budget, you probably built the best team that you can build. We just have one suggestion: Diego on Helton place.
Regards
Is there maybe a 20-30k brazil squad
Hi.
Use the 65k budget one but replace Robinho by Nenê, Ramires by Hernanes and Lucas by Juninho.
Regards
Thanx also y dnt you have Rafael as a RB in any squad
I love these articles they help a lot, I was hoping you could also do a bundesliga squad and a ligue 1?
Hi. Thanks.
We will try. But we don’t promise. We have lots of projects now.
Regards
Y is luisao not in any of your squads when he has one of the best defence i need to know because soon I wil make a brazil squad
“Some Brazilian’s good centre backs are slow. Luisão, Danilo and even Alex don’t exceed 54 on the pace stat.”
We love Luisão IRL. He is one of the best CB’s that we know. But in FUT 13 he is too slow: pace 48. Most of the gamers needs fast CB’s. If it is not a problem to you, Luisão can be your man.
Got a 433 formation. Brazilian players. What do members think of the best team for this formation. I have back 4 of alves, marcelo, silva and dede. Jadson, Lucas and ramires. Neymar wallyson and silver right wing that I can’t remember the name. Eder luis as back up.
You can try something like: GK: Diego Alves, Thiago Silva, Dedé, Dani Alves, Marcelo, Ramires, Lucas, Diego (or Kaká), Hulk, Neymar and Pato.
Can u suggest a 352 brazilian team with unlimited coins?
You can try: Diego Alves, Thiago Silva, Dedé, David Luiz, Ramires, Luiz Gustavo, Hulk, Neymar, Lucas, Pato and Welliton.
Hey. Thanks for the article. I already had a Brazilian team. Which i got help from you to build. I play 41212. And is a great team
Gk diego alves
Rb rafael
Cb lucio dede
Lb fabio
Cdm ramires
Rm hulk
Lm robinho
Cdm lucas
St welliton and pato
Bench. Def-Andre dias, alex sandro, danilo
Mid-michel bastos, jorge henrique
I still need a cdm cam and 2 st for my bech hopefully this article helps. Thanks again.
Hi.
Very nice team. And it is a cheap squad.
Regards
Thanks for this. It helped me so much. i had a robben, RVP, hazard, Silva, ronney, rues, cassies, ramos, silva, lahm, and cole on a team and was getting so mad because i could never win. i would win half my games. I made the uncollimated Brazil squad and i am now 32-4-3 and won the division one championship for season 3 times in 2 days. i change a little bit up and my team is now amazing.
I put neymar at left striker with pato at cam and then got the black cad of lucas at a 84 LM and i also put the black card of cesar in goal.
Thanks again and are going to be doing a Bundesliga one in the future?
Hi.
It’s wonderful to know that we helped you.
The next one should be Serie A. After that, maybe Bundesliga.
Regards
Hi i heave Brazil Squad 4-4-2
GK:Alves
LB-Marcelo/CB-T. Silva/CB-Dede/RB-Dani Alves
LM-Neymar/CM-Ramires/CM-Lucas/RM-Hulk
ST-Patto/ST-Wellinton
This team is a monster team you can make posession…fast attacks..fast contra-attacks,the team how is passing is beutiful
Pato 34 machs- 20 goals
Wellinton 34 machs-26 goals
Neymar 34 machs-11 goals
Ramires 34 machs-11 goals
Lucas 34 machs-4 goals (but is the player with assist for goals 😀 )
Marcelo 34 machs -1 goal
Dede 34 machs-3 goals
T. Silva 34 machs-2 goals
D. Alves 34 machs -0 goals (but this guy is a monster with t. silva in defense)
So in 34 machs this team score 74 goals :D:D I LOVE THIS TEAM IS MAGIC
and in 34 machs only one red Card 😀
Wonderful feedback. It’s good to know that this team works. It is the same of our unlimited budget squad but in 4-4-2, which is very similar to 4-1-2-1-2.
Good games!
Wow, thats the most useful article ive red about building a squad (not only brazilian). Helped me a lot, thank you guys
Good to know.
We also have BPL and BBVA Squad Guides if you are interested.
can you do a Serie A team
It’s in our plans but not for now.
Regards
is there a position changer from LF to CF or ST
Hi. No. The sequences are CDM-CM-CAM-CF-ST; RB-RWB; LB-LWB; RM-RW-RF; LM-LW-LF.
Hi.I realised that the 65k squad is now more expensive than 65k.For example,in this article, diego is stated to cost around 1.5k.I got him for 13250.Lucas also cost around 13000 but i got robinho for 9k.Can i also ask if this 65k squad is better than a bpl squad?I find it difficult to earn coins and building a good bpl squad takes forever for me.
You can make a better BPL team than a Brazilian team. But with the same coins, it is easier to build a good Brazilian team than a BPL team.
The reason why you don’t find cheap Diego and cheap Lucas is because they are released as CAM. You need to apply a CAM-CM and it isn’t cheap. But you can keep both CAM. They will get individual chemistry 7, that is not so bad.
Thanks a lot.
Can i ask if you can reccomend me a step by step method to gain coins other than the 59 min method as i find it not effective as everyone is doing it too.after spending on the 65k squad,i bassically have 69 coins.I know i should play some matches to gain more coins first but after that,do you have a step by step method to gain more coins other than earning coins only by playing matches? Many thanks by the way.
Hi. We are finishing a step by step trading guide. But it will not be published in the coming weeks.
Until there, try to buy cards during the night (GTM) and sell them during the day. It isn’t so difficult as you think.
Regards
Didn’t like the article at all. No consideration whatsoever has been given towards work rates, and they are very important in FUT. I’m wondering who is defending in the 41212 squad, when even the CDM and one of the CBs have High attacking work rates and both fullbacks are High/Medium or High/Low. Yeah, good luck trying to stop anybody’s wings with Neymar and Marcelo or Hulk and Alves. A cheap (15k) 352 with Emenike – Doumbia is going to shred that team to bits 9 out of 10 times.
Lucas is definitely the most expensive Brazilian CAM, but nowhere near the better. Specially for a 41212, where pace is secondary to passing and balance. Lucas is going to get bullied by any team with CDMs time after time after time, he is to weak despite his theoretical 84 balance. He’s suited for a wing place on a 4231, but not for a central role, specially with 352 being so popular. Diego is loads better there, or even Rubin Kazan’s Carlos Eduardo (no mention of him, one of the most popular CAMs in the game?? *rollseyes* ). Have unlimited funding? Use IF Diego, still much better than Lucas.
Ramires as a central CM in a 433 is a huge NO. I’m wondering if the writer has actually tried him there or is just going by card values alone. Ramires has High/High wok rates so most of the time he won’t be there to defend a counter attack. All formations with 3 midfielders are quite vulnerable to counter attacks and he is flanked by 2 refurbished CAMs instead of CM. See where I’m going? That 433 is going to get crushed by pacy counter attackers or possession, 451 or 4231 players in Div1.
Felipe Melo or Fernando would work a thousand times better than Ramires there, and they cost 1/10th of the price. Besides, in your 433 you have both Diego and Lucas as CM. They are CAMs and the CAM>CM card is going for 6.5k to 12.5k coins. That cost isn’t factored in your team, but I can tell you that, you aren’t getting a CM Diego for less than 10K or CM Lucas for less than 18k coins, so no, they are a no go in a budget team.
The article is full of similar, glaring mistakes that makes me wonder if the writer does even play FUT regularly, or is simply going by the card’s stats face value (which, as everybody should know by now, are NOT the In Game stats of the players and thus not that important at all, just a reference).
Hi.
We respect your opinion but we disagree a lot in many aspects. We are free to show you why we disagree.
The work rates is very important in FUT. True. But you can not guide only for work rates. You need to learn to play with players with tricky WR. For example: Toure is one of our favourites players and we think that he can play as CDM even having medium/high work rate. In the 4-1-2-1-2 Brazilian squad, none of the CB’s have high attacking work rate as you said. In a 4-4-2, it could be dangerous to have both CM’s with high attacking WR. But in a 4-1-2-1-2 it doesn’t seems to be so dangerous to have a CDM with high attacking WR.
About Lucas we agree that he isn’t so good on a 4-1-2-1-2 as in other formations. But you need to understand one thing: we are not trying to show you the best formations/squad. We are trying to show you the best team that you can buy with your budget. Just because we need to choose a formation, it isn’t fair to stay Lucas out, specially when we still think that he is the better CAM even in this formation. We remember that this article isn’t about IF’s, so Diego IF is not an option.
We don’t agree with you about Ramires in a 4-3-3. If you don’t defend well, so don’t choose 4-3-3. If you defend well, the CB’s are enough to stop the counter attacks. You will not need Ramires all the time helping the back four.
65k coins isn’t enough to buy Diego and Lucas CM but we think that it isn’t a big problem to play with them with individual chemistry 7.
Finally, you show us that you don’t know us. That’s the only answer that we can give you for your last paragraph. You said more than one time that the writer probably don’t play FUT. We played thousands of matches and we have some articles showing our squads and giving our opinion about the players. We need to play a lot of matches to write guides likes this. That’s why we have so many thousands of visits every day. We work hard every day to give to the community the best original FUT contents. Everything that we write need to be tested. It easy to prove it: we are the only website with discard prices, coins prizes calculator, chemistry calculator, etc… If you search a bit, you will find dozens of gamers that thank us for helping them to turn them on winners (see BPL, BBVA and formations guide for example). The BPL guide, for example, have more than 700 comments. We publish all the comments – like yours – (except those with offensive language) and you can see that people ask and really appreciate our opinion for some reason.
What you don’t understand, and maybe you don’t read it in our article, is that this guide is to help people to find their team. You can like a player and we not. Everybody is different. It depends of your play style, skills and preferences.
We know that we did a good work with this guide since we have a really good feedback from our special Facebook Fans Page. Most of them are Brazilians and they played more FUT with Brazilian squads than you. The feedback that they give to us about this guide is really good. Many of them said that they build exactly the same 4-1-2-1-2 that we published.
Finally, you should pay more attention to the numbers. All players are made from numbers. It isn’t right to choose players only by numbers (that’s why we have to test them) but it is much more important than you said.
Well, I was just giving feedback to what I didn’t like about the proposed teams. It may well be that the writer is a much more successful FUT player than me (not hard, as I’m pretty average), but certainly the post didn’t stroke me as written for someone with deep knowledge of the game as you can find on EA forums or Futhead community, but from the point of view of someone who is looking for the “best” players (as defined by their card value) but hasn’t really tried playing with them or lacks such a deep knowledge of the way FUT and the FIFA engine works.
I disagree strongly with your assessment that numbers (as written on the card) matter very much. They barely matter, at best, and are totally misleading at worst. They are so misleading that they lead people to believe in handicap, momentum and all such stuff being prevalent on FUT. The general rating on the card is simply a visual representation of the player’s international reputation. That’s why you can easily find players with more in game points in relevant attributes that are rated lower than more famous counterpart. Example, compare Javi García -80 card rating- and Busquets -85- skill ratings in game. Garcia has 444 stat points against Busquets 419. García has a better defender rating, a much better heading rating and is pacier. He has the Power Header trait, while Busquets has none. His work rates are better for a CDM. Busquets is slightly better passer, but not by much. García beats Busquets in every single relevant stat for a CDM and costs about 3 times less. If you happened to recommend Busquets in a team of Spaniards because his rating is higher and you want people to show the “best” team they can get, you would be doing them a disservice and actually advising them to go for the worst and most expensive player of the two just because his card rating is higher. Another example, Silver players. There are may 72, 73 or 74 rated players but when you look at it’s in game stats, they add to 83+ in game ratings. Many people ignore them, assume they can roll over any team with Silver players with their 85+ rated team and when they lose, scream bloody murder and “Handicap!” and “EA are *censured*”.
You are not then showing “the best team you can buy with your budget”. You are showing “the most famous players you can buy with your budget” Or “The highest rated team you can buy with your budget”. But I don’t need a team of experts to tell me that. I have search functions of the FUT database everywhere on the net, I’d rather get recommendations on hidden gems or players that play well above their card rating instead, specially when building a squad with a limited budget.
There are several of those sloppy recommendations in the article (IMO, of course). I don’t doubt the writer could beat me with his hands tied (as I said, I’m pretty average player), but if he is using Ramires as a central CM in a 433, well, he is not winning because of him. He is winning because he’s so skilled with the pad that can beat people despite shooting himself on the foot, or because Ramires is specially suited to his high pressure defence. But from the point of view of football tactics and FIFA engine behaviour, the central CM in a 433 should be an anchor and Ramires is not. Can you win with Lucas (at 7 chem), Ramires and Diego (at 7 chem) as midfielders? You certainly can. Is it a bad team? Not at all. But a simple search on the EA Fut forum can easily tell you that you could go for Ramires (as LCM), Fernando and even Diego (as CM at 9 Chem or CAM at 7) which will be cheaper and probably will play better for any user who isn’t as skilled as the writer.
Hi again. We will not discuss much more because you already showed us your opinion and we the ours.
When we say the numbers are important, it seems obvious that they are. We are not talking about the attributes that each card shows. We are talking about all the numbers. For example, we analyse the crossing because for some positions it is very important and it don’t appear on the cards. All the players are made by numbers and traits. It doesn’t mean that higher numbers represent best players for us. That’s why we analyse the attributes that are really important for each position. We are not showing the most famous players you can buy with your budget. Where are Ronaldinho, Kaka and others in our squad ? Our guide is based on numbers but also in many matches and many feedback.
It seems that you don’t understand that this guide is not about formations. It is about players. We already explained it to you once. If you are not skilled enough to play on a 4-3-3 you will see that this team works. But it isn’t the major issue of this article.
I agree 100% with Winter. In fact this part:
“Another example, Silver players. There are may 72, 73 or 74 rated players but when you look at it’s in game stats, they add to 83+ in game ratings. Many people ignore them, assume they can roll over any team with Silver players with their 85+ rated team and when they lose, scream bloody murder and “Handicap!” and “EA are *censured*”.”
This is why I do not bother with gold players, and focus only on silvers as there are some hidden gems to be found *ahem* Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe for one. 95% of the players in D1 are golds, and when they see my (good) silver team, they get cocky, timewasting, *expecting* that they will win, skilling for one reason. When they get beat 3-0, 4-0 with Mbakogu-Boakye, they rage quit.
To the admins, I think you have misunderstood Winter’s reply.
Quote: “It seems that you don’t understand that this guide is not about formations. It is about players. We already explained it to you once. If you are not skilled enough to play on a 4-3-3 you will see that this team works. But it isn’t the major issue of this article.”
However, your patronising tone, seems to be missing the key part of Winter’s argument, which is acquiring players which are SUITED for the formation. Players and formations are not separate. They go hand in hand. I, myself would not be so sure of buying (CAM) Lucas at 7 – 8k, then buying the expensive CAM to CM card, only for the player to have a medium defensive workrate in 4-3-3. That is asking a lot for little gain.
Hi.
I think it makes no sense what Winter says.
I agree with the Admin. It is impossible to write an article with all players and all formations. This guide try to show the best players. It isn’t fair to not show some good players just because they don’t fit in some formation as well as other weaker players.
wooooww best site i heave first team like your(with unlimited buget) :X I maked same like your but the diference is i heave 4-4-2 formation to change in 4-1-2-1-2?what is better?
Hi.
We agree with each other. 🙂
4-4-2 is the classic formation. Very balanced but you need to defend well since the CM’s are a bit far from the CB’s. On 4-1-2-1-2 you have a CDM to help with this problem. But it is a narrow formation. It is better to attack by the middle and 4-4-2 by the wings.
hmm to change me team from 4-4-2 to 4-1-2-1-2? 😀 what is your opinion
It’s up to you. If you are winning, keep with yours. Otherwise, change it.
wow nice work, i would really like to make a brazilian team because of the pace. i have a BPL squad which has some big stars such as aguero, david silva, toure and others. know i want t make a sub team and i was thinking of making a brazilian team or a BBVA team what do you guys recomend?, by the way i dont have problem of making coins, i can usually make 20k a day.
Thanks!
If you can make coins easily, BBVA team is a better choice. Check out our BBVA guide.
Brilliant article thanks for including a 65k squad
Thanks!
